It’s happening. Winter is just around the corner… tomorrow to be exact.
It is raining, it’s cold and large groups of people are gathering. This means a greater chance to get sick.
Here is a home remedy tea recipe to help you get over your cold quickly and even prevent you from getting sick when taken at the first signs of a cold.
Ingredients:
Inch of unpeeled ginger (scrub it clean)
A whole lemon (keep the peel)
2 garlic cloves
Teaspoon of turmeric powder
Pinch of black pepper
Tablespoon of honey
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend into a puree. Add water if it is difficult to blend. Place mixture into a container. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and mix it in hot water and drink like a tea. You can drink it as often as you like.
